Hi everyone, looking for housing near UAlbany starting around August 15, 2026. A bit about me: I’m an incoming international MS student in Cybersecurity and Risk Management at UAlbany. Quiet, clean, study-focused, no smoking, no drinking, no late-night parties. Just here to focus on the program. What I’m looking for:

• A room in a 3 to 5 bedroom house
• Budget around $500-850/month
• Within 15 minutes of Uptown/ETEC campus by bus
• House in a safe area
• Move-in around August 15, 2026
• Lease length: 1 to 2 semesters (Fall 2026, or Fall + Spring) Open to landlords with available rooms, and also open to current tenants looking for a roommate who matches the same quiet, tidy, study-focused vibe. If you have something available or know someone who does, please reach out to me!
