I’m looking for a roommate to move in June 1st in San Luis Obispo, I live in a 3 bedroom townhome with another guy Eric right across the street from Efrains on Laurel and Augusta, not sure how to post it as an available room rather than looking for a room but the rent is $933 and utilities are usually around $140. Eric has a cat but no additional pets allowed please. The security deposit is $500 and there will be part of a lease change addendum fee which will either be $100 or $200 still waiting for clarification on that.
