My husband and I are facing eviction due to financial hardship caused by a motor vehicle accident. The accident resulted in injuries, loss of transportation, and lost income, making it difficult for us to keep up with rent and other expenses. My husband was also laid off for a period of time and has only recently returned to work.

We are actively trying to regain stability and avoid homelessness. If given the opportunity and time to recover financially, we believe we would be able to catch up on payments and maintain stable housing. We also have two cats who are our kids and are non negotiable
