I’m currently in the process of relocating to Texas from Cary, NC, where I’ve lived for the past two years in a quiet cul-de-sac suburban neighborhood with a solid and consistent rental history, and clean background. I’m currently employed Full-time with Cisco Systems In Morrisville, NC and will be relocating with a full-time position with Apple. My preference with regards to location is North Austin, Northwest Austin, Gracy Woods, Cooperfield, East Village, River Ranch, Northtown Park, Pioneer Crossing West, Harris Branch, Avery Ranch, Anderson Mill West, and Pond Springs. A little about me: I’m a mature, responsible, and respectful female who values a peaceful and well-maintained living environment. I’m naturally clean, organized, and mindful of shared spaces. I don’t smoke, don’t have pets or children, and I’m a social drinker on occasion. Home, for me, is a private and safe space—I tend to keep things low-key and prefer to socialize or entertain outside rather than hosting at home. Personality-wise, I’m easygoing, considerate, and communicative. I appreciate a calm, drama-free atmosphere and am very respectful of others’ routines, privacy, and boundaries. I’m also very proactive about cleanliness and absolutely not a fan of bugs or pests—so I do my part to keep things tidy and well-kept at all times. In terms of lifestyle and hobbies, I enjoy relaxing activities like reading, light streaming/TV, exploring new areas, and occasionally getting out to try new local spots, and weekend getaways. I balance being social with valuing quiet downtime, so I’d say I bring a nice, steady energy to a household. I’m currently seeking a place that is close to the tech companies within several miles from my future employment.
