Hello — my name is TJ. I’m currently looking for a quiet, furnished room, guest house, garage apartment, or similar setup somewhere around the San Marcos / New Braunfels area.

A little about me:

I’m a mature professional with stable income (VA + additional work), quiet lifestyle, and excellent rental history. I travel/work quite a bit, so I’m often gone and tend to keep a very low footprint when home. Non-smoker, sober, clean, respectful, and not interested in party-house environments.

What I’m ideally looking for:

• Furnished preferred
• Private room & bath minimum
• Guest house/casita/private entrance would be ideal
• Covered parking or garage/carport strongly preferred
• Good WiFi
• Quiet environment
• Access to laundry
• Flexible or longer-term lease possible

I’m mainly looking for a calm home base near the I-35 corridor with easy access to San Marcos/New Braunfels.
