I’m looking rather urgently for a sublet for the month of June, and I’m open to a longer commitment, if it works out favorably for all those involved. It can really be anywhere as long as its near a train. I’m really not too precious about location, I just desire a clean, functioning bathroom/kitchen, and a private, clean room with a door that I can call my own. 1200 is about all I have for cash for June, BUT I can contribute an extra 300 in funds for groceries for the month. Also, I’m a good cook and company. I’m a writer/musican/overall creative type that’s been a rolling stone since I was 19.
