Built Retail stores all over North America for Volcom clothing for 15 years until Covid. General contractor of commercial and residential construction and custom builds. licensed business owner, with a resale license manufacturing large runs of retail fixtures. Very honest, reliable, and trust worthy. The past 5 years I built houses and restaurants/ businesses throughout yucca valley and twentynine palms also parts of the low desert communities. Created a very successful refferal based buisness the past 5 years in the Desert. Many businesses and clients ranging from elected city officials to the Mayor, endless college faculty members and their board of directors to the college President and are happy to speak on my behalf what an amazing person I am. From multiple speeches and awards to the front page of the paper I am very well known through my community. Constantly helping out wherever I can especially when it comes to animals having worked with rescues and even taking in quite a few stray dogs giving them a second life fostering and finding them new homes the dog community here knows my big heart for these abandons and lost animals I have consistently encountered and their success stories I have a very sweet and well behaved 8 year old Shepard mix that is 30lbs. She means the world to me, so I have decided to relocate to the low desert for a better environment for her. She is a cancer , coyote, and rattlesnake survivor and her well being means everything to me. I recently decided to head in a new direction and change of scenery after being offered a very well paying job roll as a construction foreman renovating The Madison Club in La Quinta, Ca. and am relocating to be closer to work. I have spoke to many owners of properties in the area and landed some great options. One in particular is located in the back yard of La Quinta Resort “ Santa Rosa Cove” A very beautiful gated community with endless amenities including 10 pools , golf course , tennis courts, lush gardens and landscaping, with onsite restaurants ,shops , and stores all walking distance from the property without leaving the gated community. The house comes with a garage , golf cart , plenty of parking , front and back yard as well as secure courtyard in between the main house and private casita with its own bathroom. I would like to share this space with someone reliable and trustworthy that would also be cleared with the owner who is a very amazing person I have met with and understands I am looking for something month to month with no long term Lease but can and also have the option to stay long term after my first month there. The house is fully furnished and comes with all amenities. I am guaranteed for a minimum of 90 days stay with the option to stay as long as needed when the time comes. I have secured the place and can move in at any time , just finishing up a few remodels before starting my new job on June first. Most likely moving in the week before to get settled In. I also have a few options on other properties with separate owners interested in leasing me there home if I decide or “we” decide one of these other places are even more spectacular! The only other reason I am interested in another person living on the property is so there is more coming and going having a second person here so my sweet dog does not feel lonely while I’m at work. You would not be required to care for her at all or need to help out in any way with her as she is the world’s perfect animal, just thought it would be nice for her to have someone around with me having a different work schedule than they most likely would. My work hours are typically Monday -Friday 6-4 ish but as the weather heats up will be going in earlier and coming home earlier as it will be too hot to work outside with the crews I will be managing during the renovation. There will also be overtime work and weekend work I can take on if I can secure someone interested in renting a room or the casita . With other options to either pay or subtract rent in exchange for letting her out from time to time or making some meals :) not required or necessary just a thought :) I’m very easy going , I do not party , drink or smoke . In my free time I like to take her out to socialize when I’m not working and that’s all I care about is her happiness. Since it will be so hot during the day it might just entail opening the door and letting her come outside on the patio for a few minutes and letting her back in if your at all home and feel like it. Might not be necessary, just not sure if I will be able to run home since it’s a new job with a new company I am starting. In the past she tagged along everywhere to all my jobs and clients homes so it was never an issue. You are free to chose any room or space in the house . Do your own thing as I keep to myself but happy to engage or hang out as I get along with everyone and have always been comfortable in any situation as I just go with the flow. Please let me know if this interest you and what you would like to find in a roomate or home situation as I am very flexible and can accommodate. I’m very transparent in hopes of finding the best fit for the both of us!
