I’m a quiet, independent guy looking for a stable, respectful place to live. I keep to myself, pick up after myself, and spend most of my time gaming, listening to music at a reasonable volume, or working on my own projects. Reliable unlimited internet is a must for me.

Financially, my housing expenses are completely reliable: I’m on SSDI and have a representative payee who pays the landlord directly on the third of each month. I don’t have overnight guests, and while I am a medical cannabis user, I strictly use a vaporizer. There is no smoke or combustion involved, so it’s much cleaner and doesn’t linger like smoking does.

Just looking for a comfortable, low-key home with roommates who keep common areas clean, and are considerate and straightforward.
