Im recently divorced, looking for a landing place for about 6 months. Will have minimal amount of move in articles. Work full time, travel quite often to see grandchildren so will not be intrusive or loud. Clean, considerate, pretty low key and flexible, get along well with others. No bad habits other than I’m a coffee fiend. Looking for minimal -low expense lifestyle while I regroup. Would prefer unfurnished room to accommodate desk and books as I’m working on completing some course work. Another reason I will not be invasive.
