I am looking for a roommate to split a 2 bed/2 bath luxury apt in either Clarendon, Ballston, Pentagon City or Crystal City for between $1400 and $1800/ person INCLUDING utilities, electric, gas everything. Places I’m touring have top notch appliances, sleek, modern design, balconies, in-unit washer&dryer, every amenity you can imagine, about 1100-1300 sq ft. I just moved to Sterling, VA in September 2024 to work for United Airlines at Dulles Airport as an Aircraft mechanic. My current 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment lease split with a roommate is coming to an end the end of September. I have a male dog Pitbull named Woody who I have emotional support documentation for. I make good money, work at least 50 hours/week, stay fit and healthy, don’t smoke, don’t drink, mainly keep to myself. I prioritize cleanliness, respect and the golden rule, work ethic, positivity, independence and constant learning, growing and self-development.
