Hello! My name is Ryan and I am a 47-year-old single male. I am originally from Virginia but have resided in Indiana where I’ve been attending grad school at Ball State University in Social Psychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I recently graduated and am looking to begin developing a counseling practice in the NYC area. I am an art and music enthusiast: hence the reason for moving to NYC.

I am seeking an affordable, private room and open-minded to various locations (e.g., parts of Manhattan, Brooklyn, or Queens). A private bath is preferred but not a deal breaker. I am open to all genders. More than anything, I am looking for co-residents who are respectful, tidy, and communicative. I value creating a warm, comfortable, aesthetically pleasing, and clean living environment. This is what you can expect from me as a co-resident. I lead a busy life and, due to my work, I will often be away. I expect to be around more on the weekends, but tend to make plans out with friends, etc when I'm off. I am also happy to talk over FT or Zoom to see if we might be a good fit.
