• Furnished preferred. Open to unfurnished if it can fit a bed and a large desk
• West/southwest Brooklyn preferred (west or south of Prospect Park, on the R/D/N/F/G lines)
• Solo unit or shared with 1-2 roommates

Budget around $1,700/mo, flexible depending on what’s included (utilities, etc.) and the room/setup. Open to discussing deposit terms.

About me:

• Working professional, quiet, clean
• Non-smoker, no pets
• Standard weekday hours

Finances — being upfront:

• $100K+/yr, ~$7K+ net monthly
• Can provide offer letter, paystubs, bank statements
• Credit in the mid-600s. Stable income with no recent issues. Open to discussing alternative deposit arrangements if it would help.
