Hoping to find an all ulilites included room in the Greater Richmond Area, furnished would be nice (but not a deal breaker), with kitchen, laundry privileges, and parking too.

Me: I’m in my late 50’s and retired. I do try to stay active with volunteering, walking, and attending live musical events.

I currently live with a 27 year old, and do we get along wonderfully. It is just simply time for me to find another place to live.

I do not have any children or pets of my own, although I’m a big animal lover. On occasion, I will also do some on-site pet sitting (at their home).

Not much of a cook, and often utilize the microwave. I’m tidy, and immediately clean up behind myself in the kitchen.
