We are quiet, organized, friendly, career driven, and financially stable people! I have two years left until I get my Bachelors as a Professional pilot, and we both already have jobs lined up in Beaver. I will be working at Advanced Auto Parts and she will be working in a salon since she is a Cosmetologist. We have enough money to pay any security deposit requirements in cash and we can afford an apartment yet no real estate agency has been taking us seriously due to our age. Perhaps if you would be an applicant along with myself, it would be much easier to find a place! We have seen many lovely apartments that we could afford on our own, some having two to three bedrooms, but they always get snatched up by someone older than us. We love pets as well even though we don’t have any, but if you do that’s okay. We want to mention that we are not smokers and we are very clean!! We will create the perfect environment in which to have a comfortable home to rest in. We desperately need to move to the area since at the moment I have an hour commute each way to college. We would split the rent and all utilities with you 50/50, and we are willing to pay the security deposit in full for you if you were to join us in our search. We are open minded people so age, race, religion, social class, and all that other stuff impacts us in no way. Young or old, smart or silly, I’m sure we could all get along :)
