Ethan Hancock

I am a recent graduate from FSU and pursuing a doctorate degree at FAU’s Harbor Branch Campus. I have been renting a house with 3 roommates for the past 3 years so I understand the do’s and dont’s of sharing a space (official renter history available if you’d like). I have a verifiable 750+ Credit Score and am looking for an August move in. Most of my time will be spend out of the house at the lab/school and playing volleyball in my free time. I am not much of a partier and prefer early mornings to late nights. I love pets but don’t have any of my own so cats and dogs are all good.
