I am a teacher who is looking for a quiet place to live. I work in Irvine and would like to be closer to work. I have an 8 year small, terrier mix. He does not go to the bathroom inside and I walk him 1-3 miles every morning, in addition to shorter afternoon and evening walks. He occasionally barks at people outside but is otherwise quiet and friendly with people and animals.
