I’m honestly looking for more of a studio. I know my asking is 750 but I can’t go much higher than 900. I don’t smoke no pets keep mostly to myself. I think my main flaw is I like to play video games and can tend to be loud. I respect quiet hours if needed. I definitely want my own bathroom, but if I don’t have my own kitchen I’m getting a fridge and microwave in my room.
