Peace & Love to whom it may concern,

My name is Patrick and I graduated from FAMU w/ my Bachelors degree last year in May. I currently work 2 jobs aiming to pay my way and go back to school for my masters at Norfolk state university for either this upcoming fall or spring semester. I know for a fact I’ll be moving to VA before December so I don’t need a 12 month lease. I’m a fun, goofy, funny, clean, respectful, responsible, organized, and optimistic, well taught home training type of gentleman. No issues whatsoever with paying rent on time, I’ve lived in Tallahassee since 2019, and not once have I ever had an issue to pay on time in full.
