Edward

Hi! I’m Edward, I’m new to the area. I just got a job as an engineer in Santa Monica, so I’m browsing around:) I’m very Type A, so I love to keep my space, as well as the common spaces, clean and tidy. I’m also super friendly and outgoing. Some of my favorite hobbies are playing pickleball and volleyball, and I do also enjoy a good movie night. Other than that, I don’t smoke, I’m very mindful of noise levels, and very communicative! I believe in friendliness, transparency, and being proactive.
