I need a furnished room to rent in a safe quiet area. I only need 3 months rental agreement as I am relocating September 1st to FL. I will only be working in Grand Junction June, July and August. I have no furniture, basically only clothes and my work computer. I do have a dog (65lbs) and cat if acceptable but not necessary as they could be left in FL with my family during this 3 month job. I am quite, Non-drinker, no drugs, and work a lot of hours.
