im a clean and chill person. I have no problem doing chores and extra work around the house. im a quiet guy who enjoys peace. I have kids that live with their mother that visits with me on my days off and sometimes during the week. they are well behaved and listens very well to what I say. I work a lot so I wont be around much. I stay out the way cause I dont like to bother people.. I’ve been renting a room from my uncle the past 4 years. I’ve never been late on my rent and I’ve never had any drama the whole time. I am reliable for paying my part. there no risk as having me a roommate. I dont drink or use any drugs whatsoever. but I have no problem if others around me do. I prefer not to have that around me but im desperate to find a place. situation has changed where im currently at and I dont want to be here anymore. thank yoi
