Hi, I’m an empty nester looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and fun living situation. I have two small, non-shedding dogs, so I’m hoping to find a place, or roommate, that is dog-friendly and understands that they’re part of the package.

I’m active, upbeat, and take good care of myself. I work out a lot and enjoy staying busy, but I also love having a calm home to come back to. At this stage of life, I’ve realized it’s more enjoyable to live with someone than to live completely alone, the right roommate situation can make a house feel more like a home.

I’m clean, respectful, easy to communicate with, and considerate of shared spaces. I’d love to live with someone who is also responsible, kind, and enjoys a positive home environment.

Ideally looking for a safe, comfortable place with good energy, mutual respect, and maybe the occasional good conversation over coffee or a glass of wine.
