I believe the qualities that make me a good roommate are that I’m very open-minded, respectful, and mindful of other people’s personal space. I value mutual respect above anything else and always try to create a comfortable and positive living environment for everyone in the house. I always try to understand and respect the rules, boundaries, and routines of the people I live with so that everyone can have a good experience sharing the space.

I also love animals, so I am very pet-friendly. I do not mind sharing a bathroom or kitchen, as long as everyone makes a mutual effort to keep the shared spaces clean and comfortable for others.

In addition, I will be starting my freshman year at UMass Boston in September, so I am especially looking for a roommate who is also a student and shares similar values and expectations about living together :)
