​I am a 51-year-old divorced female looking for a safe, stable long-term arrangement. For the past 5 years, I have been incredibly blessed to rent a basement apartment from a wonderful homeowner who charged $500/month including utilities when my belongings were in storage, then $600 when I no longer had a monthly strorage fee.

Sadly, due to a loss in her family, she is preparing to sell her home, so I am looking for my next chapter. ​Because I am on a fixed income while recovering from a surgery 7 months ago, my absolute maximum budget is $500–$600 per month including utilities. I know this is a rare find, which is why I am looking for a special homeowner who values the ultimate peace of mind over high market rent. ​Here is what I bring to the table:

​Quiet & Private: I highly value my own space, keep to myself, and will treat your property with the utmost discretion and care.

​The Perfect “Roommate”: My dog is a 4-year-old, under-4-lb, fully trained, hypoallergenic Yorkie-Poo. She is completely housebroken, quiet, up to date on all shots, and kenneled when I am away.

​I do have my grandchildren stay with me occasionally on weekends, so a safe, welcoming environment is incredibly important to me. I would love to find a single female homeowner or someone looking for a reliable, trustworthy person to occupy and care for their space.
