My names Ronnie Bailey. I’m originally from WV but moved to Charleston after joining (2013) and exiting the Navy in 2017.

Im a 31 year old service technician in the HVAC industry. I think this would be a perfect fit, as I’m a very lowkey, busy person as well.

I have a 70lb lab mix named Petey, unfortunately (but also kinda cute I suppose) he thinks he’s a chihuahua so he will accept whatever loving you offer. He has no issues in terms of being in a house, no accidents, no issues with tearing things up, etc.

I’m ready to move in on the first. I’d like to come see this space ASAP.
