Hi, I’m a mechanic and I do side jobs, so having access to the garage would be perfect for me. I’m very tidy and mostly keep to myself — I’d basically just be in my room or the garage working.

I’ve lived with other people before without any issues. My current lease is ending only because the owner needs the house for his mom. I’ve always paid rent on time and I don’t cause problems.

My girlfriend comes over occasionally, but we’re very respectful and usually just stay in my room, so we don’t disturb anyone.
