I am experienced in renting rooms with roommates and am very good at respecting all shared spaces and keeps things organized and clean. I keep to myself most of the time but also enjoy socializing with roommates if they want. I don’t have any pets but don’t mind dogs, cats, or really any pet. I am new (ish) to California so I’d like to room with people who are not uptight or stressed.
