A little about me — I’m an educated, professional woman and currently a Director of Sales for a hotel. I’m very clean, respectful, quiet, and truly looking for a peaceful place to call home. I have steady income and an excellent rental history for the past 30 years. I have never been late on rent or bills and can provide references and proof of payment history.

Unfurnished preferably. Must have a private bathroom.
