Ty Hayes

I’m an incoming law student at Albany Law School and am looking for a calm, respectful place to live during law school. I’m married, but I’ll be relocating to Albany on my own while my wife stays in Texas for work.

I’m very clean, responsible, and easy to live with. I keep a structured routine, and will spend most of my time studying, working out, or relaxing quietly. I’m not a partier at all and genuinely value a peaceful home environment where everyone feels comfortable and respected.

I’m the type of roommate who cleans up after himself, communicates well, pays bills on time, and is considerate of shared spaces and other people’s schedules. I’m pretty low-maintenance overall and mainly just need a good environment to focus on school and recharge.

I’d be a great fit for roommates who want a dependable, mature, drama-free person to share a home with during the school year.
