Hello! My name is James and I’m relocating from St. Petersburg, Florida. I’m looking for a short term rental while I start my new job and look for an apartment. Most likely a month, possibly 2 tops. I work full time and pretty much just need a place to sleep. I come with 2 medium sized)around 35lbs), senior dogs. (11 and 12) They are crate and house trained and pretty much sleep all day. Not an aggressive bone in their bodies and are great with other animals and people. They won’t bark unless you have a doorbell. I have 6 years of previous renting history and recommendations from my last two landlords. I’m quiet, clean, and just looking for something temporary. No criminal history or evictions.
