Hi! I’m Kim, 23, and looking for a roommate to apartment hunt with for a 2 bed / 1–2 bath in primarily Queens or Nassau County (will also consider Brooklyn and Manhattan). My budget is up to $1,400 + utilities, and I’m hoping to move between August and December (I will be getting a guarantor).

A little about me: I’m from Queens, work as an Administrative Assistant, and graduated college last year. I’m into art, fashion, and music.

I’m looking for someone around my age who’s responsible, clean, and communicative. I’d love to find someone who’s in a similar phase of life, working, growing, and excited to build a home instead of just renting a place. I’d prefer a roommate who’s open to being friends and doing things together from time to time, while still respecting each other’s space. I also like hosting occasionally, so I’d need someone who’s comfortable with guests from time to time.
