Hi! My name is Juan. I am a Latin American professional working in the foreign service of my country, and I have recently been transferred to Charlotte. I am currently looking for a clean, safe, comfortable, and respectful place to live.

I consider myself a responsible, friendly, adaptable, and easygoing person. I value cleanliness, order, good communication, and a peaceful home environment. I have lived for two years in Dallas, Texas, and also spent two years in South America, so I am used to adapting to different cultures and communities.
