I am to myself mostly working, I pay my rent, do my chores, no drama related issues. I have a cat who is very sweet, she is friendly with other people and does not bite period. I prefer a roommate who can communicate like an adult especially if something concerns you. I do smoke on occasion but it’s something I’m willing to stop completely if no smoking is required. Thank you so much I try to be humble and respectful. Honesty goes a long way. :)
