Im generally easy going and friendly, and try to avoid conflicts, working to mediate and find compromises the best that I can.

I am mainly looking to room with other students or people in my own age range though.

I will help to clean up the apartment commons, and my room, I just want to be able to have space for myself to draw, and call my friends.

I will note that Im an adult artist part time, and will talk about adult things with my friends; don’t worry, I will try my best to sound proof the room, but if the idea of being a roommate with an adult artist in general turns you away that’s fine.

I do ask that we pool fridge items together, if just bare essentials (ie, milk, eggs, oil, bread, and butter). I will typically be working from 3pm to 8-10pm at night. But on days off I like to call my friends, or cook.
