I’m a 24-year-old working at a mechanical contracting company as a Project Manager, and I’d say I’m pretty easygoing, clean, and respectful to live with. I stay busy between work, the gym, running, and golfing, so I’m usually not just sitting around the apartment all day. I like having a place that feels comfortable and relaxed — clean common areas, good communication, and a chill atmosphere overall.

I’m social and get along with pretty much anyone, but I also respect personal space and downtime. I’m responsible with bills, organized, and not into drama. I enjoy having friends over occasionally or watching football games, but I’m not looking for a party house. Ideally looking for a roommate who’s reliable, respectful, and down-to-earth.
