Budget is $950 including utilities. I have 1 car. Its just me. No pets, kids, smoking, drinking, vaping or drugs.

Type A- scheduled person. I work F/T m-f in Santa fe Springs. (7a-330p) Ive been there coming up on 3 years. Great credit, pays on time, helpful, clean, quiet.

I respect others space and expect the same. My weekends I usually hang at home, cleaning, chores, errands, hanging with my mom. Im clean, quick and efficient in the kitchen, when i use it.

I have some plants and a stand to bring with me, so I hope they are okay in the back yard or patio. If you want to start a garden in can help with that, too. I prefer in the home laundry. I dont use harsh chemicals or smells. But on premises is fine too. Shared bathrooms are fine. I clean everything bi-weekly.

No over night guests.

My mom usually only visits to have lunch on weekends. Never out late, in bed by 9pm. I would need fridge and freezer space as i Meal prep Sundays, and cook dinner, and prep my smoothie/lunch when i get home. I dont use heavy oils or cook fish or smelly things.

Not a kitchen, water, utilites or shower hog. I would like space for my cookware, baking supplies. I also have 5 storage bins for the garage, or if there’s storage offered, if not it’ll go in my room.

We can be friends if you want, or I can be a ghost to respect your space. I want to feel safe where I live. I’d like to be closer to work, but All my family is in HB. im okay to be farther out. Let me know if we’d be a fit. All of this makes me nervous but im willing to try. Thank you.
