Easy-going family + animals seeking place to stay

Hi! We’re a super easy-going, active family of three looking for a safe place to land while we figure out our next long-term home. We’re clean, respectful, and keep to ourselves but are friendly and easy to get along with.

About us: • Two adults + one sweet 4-year-old boy • One small, well-behaved dog • We also have chickens and four horses (ideally need property where animals are OK or nearby boarding options)

We spend a lot of time outdoors and living simply. We’re mainly looking for a peaceful place to sleep at night and be good tenants/housemates.

We’re responsible, reliable, and happy to discuss rent, chores, property help, or other arrangements that could be mutually beneficial.

Our budget is $1500 for an entire home without horse property and $2000 with horse property.
