I’m a mellow professional just looking for a 1BR unfurnished for myself. I’m a network engineer for a hospital system so I work consistent hours and spend time in the gym and away from the space a fair amount. I tend to be very prompt with paying bills and open to communication regarding common space affairs. You’ll usually have the place to yourself and given my job and schedule, I simply need a place to lay my head. I don’t smoke but cool if you do. I can get along with anyone as long as you’re chill and respect space.
