✨ Hey! I’m Arnie, 33. I’m a professional actor and performance coach working with young artists.

I recently moved back to Texas after 10 years in NYC — ready for a bit more balance while still staying creative and driven. I’m hoping to find a place either within Austin (no South Austin please 😅) or in the Round Rock/Georgetown area.

I’m obsessed with pickleball. I thrive in warm, friendly households. LGBTQ+ friendly is important to me (I’m very gay 🤭).

I usually vibe well living with other men, but I’m absolutely open to living with women too — energy and respect matter most. Ideally, I’d love to find a place with just 1 other roommate (similar to my current living situation). Definitely not looking for a house packed with people.

I’m clean, organized, and really value shared spaces being kept tidy. I cook often (and yes, I always clean up after myself). No smoking, and I don’t really drink — even though I bartend/manage a bar for extra income.

I’m pretty active and like being out and about (staying inside too long makes me antsy 😅), but I’m also very respectful of shared space and downtime.

Love a good game night. I keep things pretty low-key at home — most hangouts with friends happen elsewhere.

I’ve lived with roommates since I was 18 (including complete strangers who ended up becoming great friends), so I know how to coexist well and keep a household easy, respectful, and drama-free.

Covered parking (garage or covered spot) would be ideal for me. 🙏🏼

I’d love to meet in person and see the space before committing — it just feels better to get a genuine sense of the vibe first.

Also not really a fan of rushed decisions or super quick phone calls. I prefer a more intentional, human approach when figuring out living situations.
