I am an incoming law student at USF. I am originally from Sacramento and have a cute little black cat named Aries. I am looking for a place to live this upcoming fall. Ideally in the $1200 to $1500 range. I am clean and respectful. I would love to be friends with my roommates, and have the occasional wine night or movie night. I would like the option to sometimes study at home, so I would prefer a more quiet environment.
