I’m moving back to NYC this July for work and looking for a place that feels calm, comfortable, and easy to live in. I’m in my mid-20s, work full-time, and will mostly be in the office during the week.

I’d definitely describe myself as clean, respectful, and considerate in shared spaces. I enjoy being friendly with roommates and would ideally love a dynamic where we can naturally chat or occasionally hang out, while still respecting each other’s routines and downtime.

Outside of work, I love exploring the city, trying new workout classes (currently very into Pilates), going to the cinema, and finding new coffee spots that are probably overpriced but worth it :)
