Hi! My name is Pal, and I am interested in the apartment. I’m working full-time and looking to move in around June 1st. I currently work near Hillside Ave in Queens, so I’m mainly looking for a place that keeps my commute within around 40 minutes if possible. My budget is a maximum of around $950.

I moved to NYC about 9 months ago for my first job after graduating near Chicago. I’m originally from Pakistan, pretty quiet and clean, and mostly focused on work. Close to a train station, laundromat, supermarket, and gym would be a huge plus, but honestly I’m pretty flexible.
