I am reliable with payments and have a steady job and i will have upwards of 1,200 saved up and can afford to pay up to two months of rent up front. I stay out of the way and will pretty much be in my room the whole time I’m not at work or going to see movies and walks, I pay for my own food and don’t make any messes and clean up after myself. Its just me, I have no partners at the moment and don’t plan to in any capacity where they’ll need to move in with because thats just too much stress to deal with at this time.
