I am 43 yrs full time working professional. Looking for private room with private bathroom and car parking. Works 4-5 days from office situated in Livermore. Would like to have kitchen to cook myself, can adjust cooking in case of any limitations. I am vegetarian, i am okay with other food habit roommates, NON smoker. Dont have pets. I am friendly and easy going. Looking for room starting from 28-30 June on lease for 3 or 6 months. If things goes well, will increase lease term.
