Hi everyone! My name is Darren, and I’m currently looking for a room/shared living situation in the Queens or western Long Island area. I work full-time in higher education IT leadership and have a stable schedule and income.

I’m clean, respectful, responsible, and easygoing. I’m usually busy with work, family activities, and community projects, so I appreciate having a calm and comfortable place to come home to. I value open communication, cleanliness, and being considerate of shared spaces.

One benefit is that I’m typically only in New York during the workweek. I usually head home or travel on weekends, so I tend to be pretty low-impact around the house.

I’m not a heavy partier, but I’m friendly, social, and easy to get along with. I’m dependable and the type of roommate who handles responsibilities and respects other people’s space and schedules.

I’m looking for a positive, mature living environment with roommates who are respectful and communicative. Open to different setups and flexible on move-in timing for the right fit.
