Im looking to move back home to the bay are after many years. I get along with all young or old gay or straight. I am a retired Art Teacher, but worked in a local bar in San Anselmo many moons ago when I lived in Marin. I still have several close friends who still live there and I would like to be back amongst them. I have an excel my credit rating and Marin reftences. I am living currently however on my social security and one very small pension so I would require something inexpensive. I like to cook and garden if that is helpful and am very clean.
