My name is Matt Ferdinand, and I am relocating to Vero Beach for work. I am employed as an Outside Sales Representative with Home Depot. I am very interested in your rental listing and would like to set up a time to view the unit this Saturday.

I am looking to move in during the first week of June and am seeking a month-to-month lease (or longer term once we meet and the conditions are agreeable). I am a responsible tenant, prepared to sign a rental agreement and provide any necessary documentation once we’ve met in person and everything checks out.

I do smoke and have a cat, so I wanted to mention that upfront. If those are acceptable to you, I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to see the property on Saturday, May 16. Please let me know what times work best for you, and I will make myself available.
