Professional, respectful, clean, and easygoing. I work full-time in a stable government career and am looking for a comfortable, quiet place to rent. I’m responsible, organized, pay bills on time, and keep shared spaces clean.

I also have a well-behaved dog named Tyson. He’s friendly, crate trained, and mostly keeps to himself. I’m very attentive with him and make sure he’s exercised, cleaned up after, and respectful of the home environment.
