I’m a clean, respectful tenant. My job has me on call 24 hours a day/5 days a week so I may have to leave and come back in the middle of the night. I tend to keep to myself most of the time so it will be as if you are living with a ghost. I work, eat, play video games, read, and sleep. I don’t smoke or drink but have zero issues with people that do. I have a 9 year old son who I would like to have visit on my days off and possibly stay the night whenever possible.
