Quiet, clean, responsible. I have steady income from Social Security retirement. Eventually I want to find a place for myself and my 31 yr son but for now, he has a space and I am in need of one. We prefer to rent month to month while we look for our ideal situation together. I have 2 older female housecats that can stay confined to my room if necessary.
